What you will do

• Ensure high availability and reliability of SQL Server infrastructure.
• Participate in a follow-the-sun support model and attend incident calls per SLAs.
• Build and implement new database infrastructure and apply security patches.
• Enforce compliance policies and manage backup and recovery procedures.
• Oversee performance tuning and escalate complex issues to specialized teams.
• Document legacy processes and mentor junior DBAs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 7+ years of experience in highly available SQL Server environments.
• Proficiency in SQL Server 2017+, Always On, and Transactional Replication.
• Strong automation skills using PowerShell or DBAtools.
• Understanding of storage infrastructure and basic Windows administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multicultural collaboration.

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
