Senior Staff Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for complex evaluation tasks.
• Develop automated evaluation frameworks and objective metrics for non-deterministic AI agents.
• Scale evaluation infrastructure to address critical challenges in autonomous driving software.
• Define technical strategy and influence senior leadership across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the quality of the onboard software stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on large-scale, complex systems.
• Proven track record of deploying novel agent-based AI solutions into production.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, specifically building autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts and drive execution in ambiguous domains.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in C++ and experience building production-grade services.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle simulation, testing, or evaluation domains.
• Experience with agentic frameworks, knowledge graphs, and reasoning engines.
