What you will do

• Develop and execute a first-principles perspective on solving consequential cybercrime and resilience challenges.
• Source and qualify high-priority mission opportunities with national agencies and critical infrastructure operators.
• Shape and scope complex mission programs, defining delivery models and commercial structures.
• Launch new engagements by assembling cross-functional teams and establishing operational rhythms.
• Build repeatable scoping, pricing, and staffing models to scale the practice.
• Influence TRM’s product, data, and AI roadmaps based on real-world mission requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of meaningful cyber experience with recognized expert credibility.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership of complex engagements valued at $10M+.
• Fluency in both private- and public-sector, with significant experience selling to or operating within the U.S. government.
• Strong familiarity with federal contracting is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of translating ambitious mission outcomes into executable delivery plans.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Applied AI fluency, using AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and prototyping.
