What you will do

• Composite high-quality shots combining live-action, CG, and AI-generated elements.
• Integrate AI-assisted outputs into production-ready imagery while maintaining realism, continuity, and creative intent.
• Apply advanced compositing fundamentals including colour matching, edge refinement, relighting, and cleanup.
• Collaborate with AI Hybrid Artists and Creative Directors to transition concepts into final shots.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows to enhance the compositing pipeline.
• Maintain high standards of visual polish and consistency across all projects.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience as a Nuke Compositor in professional VFX, post-production, or creative studios.
• Strong track record in advertising output with a focus on live-action and CG integration.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Strong artistic eye for lighting, composition, colour, and cinematic detail.
• Excellent attention to detail and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with node-based AI tools such as ComfyUI, Flora, or Weavy.
• Familiarity with CG software like Houdini or Cinema 4D.
• Experience with Nuke Studio, DaVinci Resolve, or editorial/conform workflows.
• Proficiency with ShotGrid or equivalent production tracking tools.
