What you will do

• Define and champion the creative vision for film and photography across the organisation.
• Lead and mentor a team of filmmakers and photographers to deliver high-quality content.
• Oversee complex UK and international productions from concept to delivery.
• Ensure all content adheres to safeguarding standards and promotes inclusive storytelling.
• Collaborate across departments to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage external partners and drive innovation in creative production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a creative leader in an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong track record of delivering outstanding film and photography content.
• Demonstrable experience leading international productions and managing external partners.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, audience engagement, and ethical content creation.
• Ability to translate strategy and organisational objectives into creative work.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
