Salary: CHF 140,000 - CHF 155,000

What you will do

• Design and code end-to-end processes for autonomous preparation, installation, and monitoring of Linux servers and networking devices in 300+ global venues.
• Develop automation for developers to deploy and monitor player tracking and augmentation applications.
• Take ownership of long-term technical initiatives and articulate design choices to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems and provide actionable feedback.
• Participate in an on-call rotation focused on eliminating recurring escalations.
• Work from the Lausanne office 4 days per week.

Requirements

• Must be a Swiss/EU/EFTA citizen or hold a valid Swiss residency permit.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE with Linux.
• Strong understanding of the Linux server stack (systemd, networking, container deployment, logging, metrics).
• Proficiency in Python and Bash.
• Experience with remote fleet management and large-scale automation for network routers and switches.
• Strong understanding of OSI network layers 2 and 3.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying container applications on-premises with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).
• Experience with Nvidia GPU driver installation and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Rust.
