Platform Engineer / Devops Engineer

TL;DR

Platform Engineer / Devops Engineer (DevOps/SRE): Build and operate infrastructure for a digital asset FinTech platform across production, testing, and development environments with an accent on reliability, monitoring/alerting, incident management, and automation. Focus on designing and managing large-scale cost-effective infrastructure (cloud, networking, storage) and deploying/operating solutions in existing production environments.

Location: Geneva, Switzerland (hybrid). Based in Zurich, Lausanne, or Geneva.

What you will do

• Keep production always up and running efficiently.
• Support services across production, testing, and development with availability, efficiency, monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call coverage.
• Design, implement, and manage cost-effective large-scale infrastructure systems (cloud services, networking, storage).
• Deploy and operate solutions and integrate them into existing production environments.
• Improve and automate operational processes across the full lifecycle of environments.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating services in demanding environments.
• Familiarity with SRE principles (automation, monitoring, incident management) and willingness to deepen expertise.
• Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tooling such as Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell (several tools are sufficient).
• Experience with DevOps build/testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
• Some experience with SQL and software development (preferably Go, Java, or Python).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
