Legal Intern (ICT Law)

TL;DR

Legal Intern (ICT Law): Supporting the legal team in reviewing and negotiating ICT-related contracts and providing legal advice for capital markets infrastructure with an accent on Information Technology Law and data protection. Focus on conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, and staying updated on digital regulation and AI legal frameworks.

Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy

Salary: Gross reimbursement 800 EUR + ticket restaurant

What you will do

• Support the team in reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers, particularly ICT-related agreements.
• Monitor and provide updates on the evolution of legal frameworks regarding information technology and data.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions focusing on Information Technology Law.
• Provide general legal advice across various business areas and institutional functions of the Borsa Italiana group.

Requirements

• Degree in Law.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Law, ICT Law, and Commercial Law.
• Understanding of legal issues regarding new technologies, including artificial intelligence, data protection, and digital regulation.
• Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
