RPA Developer (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and support UiPath workflows, bots, and reusable automation components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, define automation scope, and create Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents.
• Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management.
• Perform unit and integration testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot production bot failures.
• Monitor bot performance, support deployments and hypercare, maintain technical documentation, and ensure security, audit, and governance compliance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.

• Prior experience in biotech, healthtech, or another regulated industry.
