What you will do

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.
• Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Configure UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and bot management.
• Test automations (unit/integration), support UAT, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in biotech, healthtech, or another regulated industry.
