• Support the Producer in clear and timely communication with the team.
• Maintain and update production tracking documents.
• Organize and manage digital asset archives accurately.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks including research, administration, and file management.
• Support pre-production and production processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in London for on-site work.
• Previous experience in animation production is desirable.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
