What you will do

• Architect and implement robust ELT processes using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery into Lakehouses and Warehouses.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data-driven decision-making.
• Promote modern software engineering principles, including CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Proven experience designing scalable data architectures and enterprise-grade data platforms.
• Proficiency with large-scale datasets, Snowflake, and modern data warehouse technologies.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies including Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, MedTech, or clinical trials domains.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards like HIPAA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
