What you will do

• Lead the development and production of 2D animation series from the London office.
• Manage budgets, production schedules, and resourcing for multiple projects.
• Oversee the entire pipeline from initial development through to final delivery.
• Coordinate closely with creative leads and 3rd party animation studios globally.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage external production partnerships across different time zones.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer or in film and television production management.
• Proven experience producing 2D animation series.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Expert scheduling ability with strong attention to detail.
• Strong technical understanding of the animation pipeline.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
