What you will do

• Design and develop scalable AI and GenAI features using Python and modern design patterns.
• Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutions from data preprocessing to model deployment.
• Influence architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers to raise the bar for code quality.
• Maintain service health and reliability using telemetry, performance indicators, and robust testing.
• Collaborate with product management in a DevOps model to deploy and maintain production software.
• Document technical decisions and contribute to knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery.
• Proven experience across the full AI/GenAI lifecycle including model training and optimization.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and production-grade AI systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices and maintaining software in production.
• Must be based in Bulgaria.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical conversations.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced ML algorithms, NLP, or transformers.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP technologies.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as C#, Java, or Scala.
