What you will do

• Lead system-level verification and integration testing for complex electromechanical products.
• Design, build, and validate test fixtures and benchtop environments using SolidWorks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, protocols, and reports aligned with quality system requirements.
• Implement automated or semi-automated testing using LabVIEW and scripting tools like Python or MATLAB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to optimize manufacturing test methods.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (5+ years exp) or Advanced degree (3+ years exp) in regulated product development.
• Proven experience developing system-level test strategies and verification plans for complex hardware.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for designing and troubleshooting test fixtures.
• Practical experience with LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB for test automation and data analysis.
• Experience testing at least one production-intent hardware product.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire

Nice to have

• Knowledge of medical regulations and standards (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
• Familiarity with Altium for simple PCB design for test interfaces.
• Experience writing design verification protocols and reports.
• Experience mentoring junior technical staff.
