Data Research Analyst (Korean Speaker)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with four days in-office each week in most locations

Base salary: EUR 30,000–40,000 annually; 5% annual bonus target

What you will do

• Collect and process managed investment data using internal collection systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with global data teams, local business representatives, internal clients, and fund companies.
• Manage data coverage, acquisition channels, provider relationships, escalations, and production deadlines.
• Evaluate procedures, improve analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects.
• Track and resolve complex data issues using project management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Translate internal client requests into written specifications and user stories, and document client use cases for new functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficient written and spoken English and Korean are mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate inclusively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Client-centric approach and strong ownership of data issues through timely follow-up and resolution.
• Solid understanding of the financial industry and interest in investment data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle high data volumes and strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with data methodology, data quality, and operational or performance data processes.
• Previous project management experience.
• SQL and Python skills.
