Senior Process Engineer (Pharma)

What you will do

• Lead process designs from feasibility and concept stages, presenting and optimizing options for clients.
• Perform detailed engineering, including clean utility calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Develop Mass Balance, PFD, and P&ID for biopharmaceutical unit operations such as bioreactors and chromatography.
• Design clean utility systems for purified water, WFI, clean steam, and process gases.
• Specify process equipment for both stainless steel and single-use systems.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years of process engineering experience in a design firm, preferably in Pharma, Biopharmaceutical, or Cell & Gene Therapy.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for client and project development.
