What you will do

• Support end-to-end M&A and investment processes, including target identification, valuation, and due diligence.
• Conduct strategic research and market analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Liaise with founders, investors, and financial institutions to manage external relationships.
• Prepare high-quality investment papers and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams on strategic and ad-hoc growth projects.

Requirements

• Experience in Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance/M&A, Investment Banking, PE, or VC.
• Strong analytical capabilities in financial statement analysis and advanced financial modelling.
• Proven experience assessing acquisition opportunities and supporting investment decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Must be based in London, GB.

• Experience within technology, gaming, digital media, or software industries.
• Exposure to international or cross-border M&A transactions.
