QA Engineer (Backend Golang)

Location: Worldwide (Remote). Relocation support is available to Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan. Team operates within GMT+1 to GMT+5 time zone.

What you will do

• Analyze requirements to create test scenarios and prepare test data.
• Perform automated acceptance and regression testing.
• Write and maintain automated tests using Go.
• Detect, localize, and report defects through an issue tracking system.
• Develop and maintain the test project and automation framework.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation.
• Programming proficiency in Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Experience with SQL and message queues (Kafka).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• English: B1 or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Time zone: Alignment with GMT+1 to GMT+5.

Nice to have

• Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as dailymotion/allure-go or gomega.
• Experience in load testing.
• Understanding of software design patterns.
