What you will do

• Own the quality assurance process for assigned features throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and execute comprehensive manual test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Analyze business requirements to identify missing, ambiguous, or high-risk scenarios.
• Investigate, document, and verify software defects while supporting root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and automation initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Experience testing ERP, accounting, or financial enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial terminology.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
• Russian: Close to native proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with 1C-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Vanessa Automation, and Git.
• Interest in developing test automation skills.
• Experience introducing new QA tools or improving testing processes.
