Product Analytics Chapter Lead

Location: Remote from Spain, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Poland, or Estonia

What you will do

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in the Growth & Activation stream to identify and prioritize product problems.
• Define activation, funnel, and other product metrics, including consistent measurement standards across the company.
• Design experiments covering hypotheses, primary metrics, audience splits, duration, and result interpretation.
• Automate experiment execution and analysis so testing becomes a routine process.
• Build scalable testing infrastructure using external tools or internal solutions.
• Bring evidence-based recommendations and opportunities to product and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• End-to-end product analytics experience that influenced roadmap decisions.
• Fluent SQL and confident Python skills.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation and causal methods.
• Experience selecting or building tooling for tests and metrics.
• Proactive approach to ambiguous problems, with the ability to structure analysis and explain reasoning to product and business stakeholders.
• English at C1 level or above.

• Experience building product analytics from scratch.
• Experience with low conversion volumes, B2B products, long sales cycles, or small samples.
