What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite owner for system performance and daily operational stability.
• Monitor robot activity, task execution, and workflow management to ensure KPIs are met.
• Perform hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs to maintain system uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development.
• Compile and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between customer operations and internal Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Must be able to work onsite daily in Louisville, KY, during the 2:30 PM–11:00 PM ET shift.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
