What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle HR administration in Cyprus in accordance with local labor legislation.
  • Administer the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, contractual changes, leave management, and terminations.
  • Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and other essential employment documentation.
  • Handle employee registration and management through official government portals in Cyprus.
  • Coordinate employment processes for foreign nationals, including work and residence permits.
  • Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and payroll providers.

Requirements

  • Strong practical knowledge of Cypriot labor legislation.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle HR administration in Cyprus.
  • Hands-on experience working with official Cyprus government portals and registration systems.
  • Experience supporting immigration and relocation documentation for foreign nationals.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Cypriot immigration legislation.
  • Russian language proficiency.
  • Experience working with HRIS and digital documentation systems.
