What you will do

• Conduct admissions using ASAM criteria and develop compliant clinical treatment plans and assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based curricula (Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, CBT) for at least 3 hours daily, 4 days a week.
• Provide supportive individual counseling, targeted case management, and crisis support for patients.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and community partners to ensure smooth program operations and growth.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation adhering to state, federal, and organizational requirements.
• Act as a primary ambassador for the IOP program, engaging referral partners and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Valid license: LPC-MHSP, LPCC, LADAC II, LCSW, or LMFT (or enrollment in a formal course of study toward licensure).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Knoxville, TN.
• Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, and social services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion.
