What you will do

• Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programs from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams by defining priorities, governance, resources, and milestones.
• Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across various business units and regions.
• Identify business, technology, and industry trends to translate them into strategic opportunities.
• Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts, and junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, or business transformation.
• Professional background within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm.
• Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop proposals from scratch.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+)
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
