What you will do
- Gather and analyze business requirements for new client accounts to translate needs into technical workflows.
- Evaluate existing processes to recommend enhancements for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved outcomes.
- Design commercial models and solution architectures that align with the overall business strategy.
- Lead new client pitches and ensure a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Analyze data and create measurement processes and reports to support decision-making for new solutions.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in solution design, process optimization, operations, or technical consulting.
- Professional background in advertising, creative agencies, production, or digital content operations.
- Fluency in German and/or French is required.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into operational and technical solutions.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading high-stakes client pitches.
- Must be located in Spain and available for regular travel across the EMEA region.
