Senior Field Ops Integrator (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support for customer-facing initiatives like the F-35 Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) effort.
• Collaborate across sustainment functions and business areas to shape and optimize sustainment delivery.
• Incorporate lessons learned and deliver new technologies to enhance warfighter capabilities.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to foster buy-in and collaboration during change initiatives.
• Coordinate between sustainment, logistics, program management, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret minimum).
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Fort Worth, TX.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information to stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across multi-functional teams including logistics and program management.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working on F-35 sustainment.
• Experience in project management, including managing schedules, dependencies, and risk registers.
