What you will do

• Build and scale systems forming the foundation of a modern global payments and treasury platform.
• Design and implement highly scalable, event-driven services for critical money movement.
• Architect comprehensive end-to-end financial infrastructure on a global scale.
• Develop quality solutions with autonomy in designing and implementing features to achieve defined goals.
• Ensure system integrity and operational scalability for assets totaling billions of dollars daily.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working on systems at scale.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining microservices and client-facing APIs.
• Strong coding skills, preferably in Go.
• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven design.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), messaging queues, and double-entry accounting.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the financial industry (exchange, brokerage, market maker, or hedge fund).
• Knowledge of payment initiations, financial reconciliation systems, or ISO20022 standards.
• DevOps mindset and experience working in a startup environment.
