What you will do

• Conduct analytical research (R&D) to identify new opportunities for improving collection performance.
• Explore customer, payment, and operational data to uncover behavioral patterns and insights.
• Develop and validate hypotheses through deep-dive data analysis.
• Build dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key collection metrics.
• Collaborate with collections operations, product, and data teams to implement solutions.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data, product, risk, or collections analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience using Python or similar analytical tools.
• English level B1 or higher for effective communication with an international team.
• Ability to work with ambiguous problems and conduct independent analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, or collections analytics.
• Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling.
• Experience analyzing customer interaction data or working with speech-to-text analytics.
• Experience working with unstructured data such as call transcripts and chat logs.
