• Lead organic growth strategy to drive unpaid traffic, product page visits, and application conversions.
• Develop and execute the SEO roadmap in collaboration with the SEO Specialist, covering technical SEO, keyword strategy, and site architecture.
• Build a future-ready strategy for AI Overviews (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure content discoverability.
• Drive social media and community growth strategy across platforms like Instagram, Threads, and YouTube Shorts.
• Establish editorial and SEO best practices, including content briefs, E-E-A-T standards, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to create creative content angles for advertorials.

• Must be based in Hong Kong.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multichannel content creation and driving website traffic.
• Outstanding command of English and Cantonese required.
• Proven experience in SEO principles, social media strategy, and content-to-conversion journeys.
• Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
