What you will do

  • Design and roll out a unified Level 1 control plan across all organization teams.
  • Build and maintain RCSA-based risk cartography and methodologies aligned with the broader risk framework.
  • Define and deploy the Level 1 Target Operating Model, including roles, processes, and escalation routes.
  • Consolidate control execution data and produce governance reporting for the Risk Committee.
  • Ensure a genuine separation between first-line (LoD1) and second-line (LoD2) internal controls.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in permanent control, internal control, or operational risk within a regulated banking environment.
  • Sound knowledge of French banking regulation (Arrêté du 3 novembre 2014, EBA guidelines) and the Three Lines of Defence model.
  • Proven experience in designing or maintaining RCSA methodologies and risk taxonomies.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and get business teams to adopt new control standards.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting loops.
