What you will do

• Own Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from initial signal to final resolution, ensuring enterprise-grade consistency.
• Develop deep technical expertise across the Legora platform, including Assistant, Tabular Review, and Word Add-in.
• Translate complex technical details into concise, confident guidance for demanding professional legal users.
• Diagnose and resolve high-impact issues thoroughly before escalating to Technical Platform Experts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal Engineering to identify and fix recurring user pain points at the source.
• Manage a global handoff rhythm to ensure seamless continuity for clients across different time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning complex, high-stakes B2B relationships for demanding professional clients.
• Ability to transform frustrated users into advocates through high-quality resolution.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn new software and explain hard concepts simply.
• Exceptional written communication skills, providing crisp and factual updates under pressure.
• Proficiency with support tooling such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Must be based in Sydney for on-site work.
