What you will do

• Own the technical health and escalation outcomes for strategic legal AI accounts as the primary escalation point.
• Lead incident response for high-severity events, coordinating communication and resolution.
• Define escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-team processes to ensure consistency.
• Maintain technical blueprints including data setup, integrations, security, and workflow context for each account.
• Drive product adoption through technical reviews and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate proactively with engagement managers on business reviews linking technical health to outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Sydney, Australia.
• Proven experience managing strategic, high-value B2B accounts with strong client trust.
• Demonstrated leadership in incident response and escalation management under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with both executives and engineers, delivering clear facts and trade-offs.
• Ability to build frameworks and raise standards across teams.
• Background in legal AI, legal tech, or regulated professional services is a strong plus.
