What you will do

• Write highly testable and performant code across the entire SDLC using software best practices.
• Develop product features and updates in alignment with the product roadmap.
• Create and review feature design documents and technical specifications.
• Participate in Agile team activities, including daily meetings, planning, and retrospectives.
• Coach and supervise middle and junior engineers as needed.

Requirements

• In-depth proficiency in Java and defensive programming.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with monolith, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Practical experience in writing and performance tuning of complex SQL.
• Strong proficiency in JUnit and Mockito.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in configuring application security aspects.
