What you will do

• Deliver new and existing backend functionalities, proof of concepts, and technical improvements for the Digital Banking Platform.
• Own the full software development life cycle for the digital banking product suite, from idea to release.
• Collaborate proactively with architects and QA engineers to implement solutions aligned with technical vision and best practices.
• Work within autonomous Scrum teams (two-week sprints, monthly releases) following the Spotify Model operating model.
• Contribute to capabilities such as entitlements (web journeys controlling user access) and Positive Pay (fraud prevention with ACH rules).

Requirements

• Solid software development background including design.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with Java, Maven, and CI/CD.
• Experience with relational databases and Spring JPA / Hibernate.
• Experience with microservices, plus familiarity with Netflix OSS (a plus), Cloud, and Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
