What you will do

• Lead threat models and security risk assessments for new mobile applications.
• Review application architecture and recommend security controls for mobile apps, APIs, and cloud-connected ecosystems.
• Analyze results from security testing tools (SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST) to guide remediation efforts.
• Prepare critical cybersecurity documentation, including SBOMs and risk assessments, for regulatory submissions.
• Support the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) and handle vulnerability investigations.
• Partner with software teams to automate security workflows and strengthen secure development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience (or an advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience).
• Expertise in mobile application security for iOS, Android, .NET MAUI, or Xamarin.
• Proficiency with OWASP Top 10, OWASP MASVS, and threat modeling methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PKI, JWT, TLS, and API security.
• Understanding of FDA cybersecurity guidance and IEC 81001-5-1 standards.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell.
• Experience in medical device cybersecurity or coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
