Company
is a fintech company developing a core credit and underwriting system called Balance.
What you will do
- Deliver business value across the full stack for the Credit team.
- Collaborate with Product and Risk stakeholders to define problems and design pragmatic solutions.
- Own features from initial conceptual discussions through to production rollout.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve existing systems.
- Contribute to the team's growth through design discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- Experience building production-ready software.
- Ability to translate feature requirements into executable technical plans.
- Strong experience building backend systems (full-stack experience is a plus).
- Ability to collaborate directly with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Curiosity regarding the product, business domain, and end-users.
- Ability to balance pragmatic delivery with long-term architectural thinking.
