What you will do
- Deliver business value across the full application stack.
- Work with Product, Risk, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand problems and design pragmatic solutions.
- Own features from initial discussions through production rollout.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve the system.
- Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and technical direction.
Requirements
- Experience building production software.
- Experience building backend systems; full-stack experience is valued for the role.
- Ability to turn features into executable plans.
- Comfort working directly with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Curiosity about the product, business, and people using it.
- Ability to pragmatism with long-term thinking.
