What you will do

• Lead the architecture and delivery of a full-stack product vertical, covering both backend and UI.
• Break down complex problems and independently drive them from conception to production.
• Ship high-impact functionality quickly and harden it for reliability and scale.
• Raise the bar for code quality, testing, observability, and performance across the team.
• Mentor other engineers through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product, customers, and platform teams to define impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building user-facing products end-to-end.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong architectural instincts for designing clean and scalable systems.
• Proven ability to take ownership of a problem from zero-to-one in production.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
• Sharp communication, strong judgment, and fast learning ability.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications.
• Background in multi-tenant systems, performance tuning, or platform work.
