AI Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

AI Engineer (Python/LLM): Building and operating generative AI pipelines for financial and trading products with an accent on agentic systems, prompting, and production-grade backend services. Focus on developing multi-agent workflows, MCP tooling, and optimizing LLM cost, latency, and reliability.

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus (expectation of at least 3–4 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered features and pipelines for generative AI products.
• Develop agentic systems and multi-agent workflows, including integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Write production-grade backend Python services utilizing APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI.
• Build and iterate on prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines for structured output generation.
• Transform prototypes and proofs-of-concept into reliable, maintainable production services.
• Monitor and manage LLM cost, latency, and reliability trade-offs.

Requirements

• Experience shipping real, live production features using OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight LLMs.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent frameworks and working with MCP servers.
• 2–4+ years of strong Python and software engineering fundamentals (REST APIs, SQL, Docker, git).
• Practical skills in structured outputs, prompt evaluation, and cost-aware system design.
• English: Fluency (written and verbal) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Limassol office 3-4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in fintech or knowledge of financial markets (forex, CFDs, tickers).
• Experience with RAG, model fine-tuning, or LLM optimization techniques.
• GPU infrastructure experience or proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
• Russian language proficiency.
