Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days HO)

Total Target Cash Compensation: $1,612,500.00 – $2,150,000.00 MXN

What you will do

• Lead local finance activities to ensure compliance with group principles, statutory, and tax requirements.
• Identify business risks and implement adequate action plans to mitigate or manage them.
• Manage operative and strategic projects, including restructuring and separation.
• Maintain strong financial health to enable the company's participation in bidding processes.
• Oversee the F&A organizational structure and ensure internal control achievements.
• Drive process efficiency, standardization, and the acceleration of digitalization in Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or Economic science.
• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Fluent English and Spanish proficiency.
• Experience in multicultural environments and developing professional teams.
• Must be based in Mexico City to support the hybrid work model.
