What you will do

• Administer and troubleshoot IAM platforms, including authentication, authorization, identity federation, and directory services.
• Perform platform deployments, upgrades, patching, and backup/recovery operations to ensure secure services.
• Support infrastructure projects and system migrations in collaboration with development and support teams.
• Monitor performance, analyze logs via Splunk and Dynatrace, and perform root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
• Manage security certificates, vulnerability remediation, and ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Develop and optimize automation scripts using Shell, Bash, or Perl to streamline platform management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT with 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English: Excellent command (C1) both written and spoken.
• Experience with Linux (RedHat), Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic Server, Apache Tomcat, and LDAP technologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Git, Bamboo, Nexus, Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Strong understanding and practical application of ITIL best practices and ITSM processes.
• Location: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IAM technologies and ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with PM² or PRINCE2 methodologies and cloud environments.
• Experience working within European Commission IT environments.
• Good written and spoken French.
