What you will do

• Build large-scale data pipelines and backend services using Python.
• Develop distributed data processing systems for analyzing large financial datasets.
• Design microservices and AI Agent architectures that use tool-calling to automate investigative workflows.
• Contribute to modern web applications and UI components using React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Implement scalable distributed architectures and event-driven systems utilizing MCP to connect agents with enterprise data.
• Work with distributed databases and scalable storage systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing data platforms or backend systems using Python or Java.
• Experience with data pipelines and large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Pandas).
• Experience designing microservices architectures, including agentic design patterns (e.g., ReAct).
• Experience with distributed databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience contributing to frontend applications using React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for developer tooling and guiding AI code suggestions.
