What you will do

• Lead and provide strategic direction for System, Safety, and Configuration Management Engineers.
• Align department objectives with the overall organizational strategy and goals.
• Develop and implement best practices to optimize the quality and efficiency of systems engineering.
• Build collaboration and ensure buy-in from all stakeholders across the organization.
• Take overall responsibility for the system development, delivery, and maintenance of customer projects.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and line management experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and product development lifecycles.
• Master of Science in Engineering or another related field.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
