What you will do
- Respond to incoming requests via telephone, email, and live chat to inform and sell hosting products.
- Manage cancellation requests by identifying opportunities to retain customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed established sales and retention targets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio to provide accurate customer guidance.
- Direct customers to online knowledge bases to enhance self-service capabilities.
- Document cancellation outcomes to provide insights into customer churn reasons.
Requirements
- Must be based in Cebu City
- Proven track record in telephone sales, including revenue generation and target achievement.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Technically minded with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the internet, email, FTP, and the World Wide Web.
- Understanding of hosting and DNS technologies.
