What you will do

• Monitor events for People Centric Managed Services (PCMS) customers.
• Escalate necessary security events to clients via approved escalation paths.
• Assist customers and internal teams with metrics and reporting from security platforms.
• Contribute to the improvement of monitoring and alerting for PCMS clients.
• Ensure all operational tasks adhere to the company's ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Requirements

• Experience analyzing data within large data sets.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
