TL;DR
Third Party Security Senior Analyst (Cybersecurity): Planning and facilitating the global delivery of Third Party Security (TPS) operations and assessments to ensure compliance with company policy with an accent on GRC, project management, and operational reporting. Focus on improving automation in security processes, managing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, and overseeing technical security audits.
Location: Nottingham, UK (Hybrid: 60% in office)

What you will do
- Own the TPS Service Scorecard and collaborate with regional managers to meet internal Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Manage the global TPS assessment programme to ensure alignment with policy.
- Lead special projects and change management activities within agreed scopes and timelines.
- Identify strategic initiatives and innovation opportunities to improve the TPSMS framework.
- Support the VP of Third Party Security with monitoring, operational reports, and escalation of issues.
- Act as an ambassador for TPS, engaging stakeholders and cascading critical communications.
Requirements
- Experience in GRC, Automation, Process Improvement, or Information Security.
- Background in overseeing technical security programmes, audits, or security-focused projects.
- Ability to research security solutions and provide risk-based guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Experience working across large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Nottingham (Hybrid: 60% in office)

- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
