Business Development Manager, Affiliate (Web3)

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and network performance.
• Expand influencer resources within the local SEA market to drive platform trading and income.
• Identify and recruit potential affiliates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Optimize business development strategies to ensure high conversion rates.
• Analyze user habits and behavior to determine business development trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the SEA cryptocurrency space.
• Experience building large-scale affiliate networks from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Deep understanding of affiliate acquisition KPIs and data-driven optimization methods.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore without requiring sponsorship.
