What you will do

• Design and develop new and existing product capabilities across diverse technologies and architectures.
• Build, enhance, and maintain services within an AWS-based production environment.
• Contribute to architecture design, code quality, and performance optimization using scalable system patterns.
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team, providing technical leadership and mentorship to peers.
• Perform production troubleshooting and analysis to improve system stability across runtime environments.
• Partner with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery and high operational readiness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and deep understanding of Java internals.
• Solid experience in software engineering principles, including system design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with multi-threaded programming.
• Must be based in Israel to support a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and microservices architecture (REST, Kafka).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools or frameworks.
• DevOps-oriented mindset with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling.
• Strong test-oriented mindset including unit, component, and automation testing.
