What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including processing requisitions, issuing and tracking purchase orders, and managing delivery schedules.
• Oversee inventory levels in collaboration with planning, production, and quality teams to ensure material availability.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers while monitoring performance metrics such as quality and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure optimal value and mitigate company risks.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including make-versus-buy analyses, cost-saving projects, and supplier consolidation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Production teams to support new product introductions (NPI).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Proven expertise in vendor management and supplier relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
