Principal/Senior Product Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Own and manage payment products including ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FAST, and PIX.
• Define and drive product roadmaps, backlogs, and iterations to achieve growth goals and KPIs.
• Outline technical integration requirements and collaborate with product designers, content writers, and engineers.
• Manage product dashboards by tracking data metrics to optimize the user experience and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, and marketing stakeholders to align on deliverables and releases.
• Ensure the implementation of effective internal tools for new product launches.

Requirements

• Product management experience in the payments space, specifically with clearing, settlement, and fiat custody.
• Proven track record of designing and building scalable payment systems and managing associated risks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong metrics-driven approach with proficiency in identifying and tracking KPIs.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and a passion for blockchain innovations.
• Must be based in San Jose, California, United States.

• Past experience working specifically with crypto platforms or specialized payment systems.
