What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Platform Engineering, IT, and Information Security.
• Build and scale secure, reliable systems to prepare the technical foundation for 10x growth.
• Define technical strategies and drive execution for cloud infrastructure and developer tooling.
• Manage vendors, negotiate conditions, and oversee detailed infrastructure and project cost tracking.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical leaders to raise the bar for operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong technical background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or Information Security.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams, processes, and operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, automation, and security best practices.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
• Experience supporting globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Previous experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or travel technology.
